Safety Incentive Program Ideas - Off The Shelf Program List

Safety Incentive Program Ideas

While I always think off the shelf safety incentive programs should be, at the very least, customized for your facility. And…actually….the incentive programs that are developed in house by floor level and management employees tend to work best (when basic incentive program elements are included).  I thought I would take a few minutes and put together an off the shelf safety incentive program list.

Have to be careful with these incentive programs. OSHA sent out a directive to their CHSOs last spring directing them to cite businesses who base their incentives on no injuries. Here is a good reason why!
