1. DETAILS: NO PURCHASE NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. The Ansell iPhone Sweepstakes ("Sweepstakes") is sponsored by Ansell, 200 Schulz Drive, Red Bank NJ 07701 (“Sponsor”), begins at 12:00:01 AM ET on August 15, 2008 and ends at 11:59:59 PM ET on September 19, 2008 ("Sweepstakes Period").
2. ELIGIBILITY: Sweepstakes open only to legal residents of the 50 United States and the District of Columbia who are at least 18 years old and have reached the age of majority in their state of residence at the start of the Sweepstakes Period, and have access to the Internet. Employees of Sponsor, Webbedmarketing.com, Fahlgren, and each of their respective parents, subsidiaries, divisions and affiliates, together with suppliers, distributors and advertising and promotional agencies (and their officers, directors, shareholders, members, employees and agents) contributing to this Sweepstakes (collectively, including Sponsor, “Released Parties”) and the immediate family members of each, are ineligible to enter or win. 3. TO ENTER: To enter, visit www.safetycommunity.com (“Sweepstakes Site”), become a member, upload your photo, post two original blog posts to your membership page, and complete the entry form. No other method of entry will be accepted. Limit one (1) entry per person/email address. All entries must be completed online. Mechanically reproduced or automated mailed entries are not eligible. Entries become property of Sponsor and will not be returned. All information collected in connection with entry in the Sweepstakes will be collected and used according to Sponsor’s Privacy Policy [insert hyperlink]. Entry in the Sweepstakes is subject to these Official Rules (“Rules”) and the Terms of Use posted on the Sweepstakes Site.
4. WINNER SELECTION: On or about September 22, 2008, a potential Grand Prize winner will be selected in a random drawing from the pool of eligible entries received during the Sweepstakes Period, subject to verification. Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received. Prize is nontransferable. Potential Grand Prize winner will be notified by either email or phone within ten (10) days of selection. Grand Prize winner may be required to execute and return an affidavit of eligibility and liability/publicity release (where legal) within fourteen (14) days of notification attempt. If potential Grand Prize winner cannot be reached, is ineligible, fails to claim a prize, or fails to return necessary paperwork within the allotted time, an alternate winner may be selected (also subject to verification). No substitution or transfer of prizes, except at the sole discretion of Sponsor if advertised prize becomes unavailable. All decisions of Sponsor are final and binding on all matters relating to the Sweepstakes. 6. GENERAL RULES: All prizes will be awarded. Taxes, if any, associated with winning/retaining a prize are the responsibility of Grand Prize winner, and tax-related reporting will be issued as appropriate and as may be required by law. All expenses and costs not expressly included in the Grand Prize are winner's sole responsibility. Online entries will be declared to be made by the authorized account holder of the email address submitted at the time of entry. "Authorized account holder" is defined as the natural person who is assigned to an e mail address by an Internet Access provider, Online Service provider, or other organization (e.g., business, educational institution etc.) that is responsible for assigning e mail addresses for the domain associated with the submitted e mail address. Sponsor reserves the right at its sole discretion to disqualify any individual that tampers or attempts to tamper with the entry process or the operation of the Sweepstakes or Sweepstakes Site; violates the Rules, Privacy Policy or Terms of Use; acts in a disruptive manner: or acts with intent to annoy, abuse, threaten or harass any other person. Entries generated by script or bot are not eligible. Sponsor is not responsible for incomplete, illegible, misdirected, damaged, lost, postage due or late mailed entries or for technical, hardware or software malfunctions, telephone failures of any kind, lost or unavailable network connections, or failed, incorrect, inaccurate, incomplete, garbled or delayed electronic communications, whether caused by the sender, by any of the equipment or programming associated with or utilized in this Sweepstakes which may limit the ability to participate, or by any human error which may occur in the processing of the entries in this Sweepstakes. Sponsor reserves the right to cancel, terminate or modify the Sweepstakes if it cannot be completed as planned for any reason, including for infection by computer virus, bugs, tampering, unauthorized intervention, technical failures or corruption of any sort, or due to printing, computer or network errors or other mistakes in the production of the Sweepstakes.
