Combustible Dust Related Fires: Incident Reporting

A major problem in the USA following combustible dust related fires in the manufacturing, non-manufacturing, and utility sectors is that these fires are not being properly reported in the  National Fire Incident Reporting System 5.0 (NFIRS).
