US Labor Department's OSHA orders Neb.-based Union Pacific Railroad Co. to reinstate, pay more than $300,000 to terminated whistleblower employee in Idaho
OSHA, in an attempt to enforce whistleblower protection, OSHA 10, has ordered a company to correct their fault by paying an employee over $300,000 and rehiring him. This case will send a clear message to employees violating the whistleblower protection act. Read the rest of the article…
