"There Should Be A Law Against That."

I'm new at this so, I can't say that I've looked at enough of the messages, blogs and so on to have seen my topic yet. However, I would like to comment on Commuting to and from Work. I'm sure you all have heard the phrase, "there should be a law against that." We allow children and adults to stand on the sidewalk at busy intersections, with signs begging your attention at a time and place that is proven to be the leading cause of motor vehicle accidents. "Intersections" This bewilders me!

Thanks for your nice response, Stephen. I have written quite a few blogs on texting and driving, and recently, about texting and walking! It's amazing how many accidents pedestrians have by paying more attention to their cellphones than where they are going! I look forward to learning more through your information and others on this site!

ICE your Phone - In Case of Emergency

ICE - In Case of EmergencyProgramming of Emergency Contact Numbers in your PLATEAU Cell PhonesICE – In Case of Emergency - programming of your cell phones with ICE is a concept that was developed by a paramedic in England. It was realized that most of his victims did not carry emergency contact information but did carry cell phones.
