I read in one of your responses that you recommend using a balanced scorecard approach when calculating safety ROI. This continues to be one of our greatest challenges and even when we show downward trends with typical safety metrics our clients then ask, "How do we know that this is because of you"? What types of unique scorecard metrics have you had success with that show your clients that you and your process have made a difference?
