Disaster Contingency Planning

I have been tasked with updating our Contingency Plan. My problem is that this Plan is over 30 pages of information. It is too long, doesn't apply to a company our size (we are smaller), and it's confusing. If anyone is willing, I could really benefit from being able to look at any different currently used contingency plans. I would like to scale ours down without leaving anything out. We have about 100 employees and are on the coast so hurricanes specifically are a worry. Can anyone help?See More
