All of my residential HVAC installers are required to go up on the roof of residential homes for about 10 mins to seal the chimney. Home Builders here do not install tie off anchors. According to legislation we are required to tie off when above 3 m…

That's a great idea! I really like to get the audience involved, and this is perfect!
I was hoping for more ideas in the chat today, so I have to admit I'm drawing a blank right now on methods for making training interesting. I've been able to incorporate various games, or even small rewards to people who participate, but other than that, I'm looking too.

Saw your comment on the sponge ball used for WHMIS training during the chat today. Could you go into detail on what you do? I give Hazard Communication training, and I'm always looking for another way to get people to identify the markings.
