Hi,I am currently working on an ergonomics program. I have been told that a stretching program would be a good addition. I am not quite sure about it. Are stretching exercises alone a solution? I am inclined to think that stretching and strenght training should go together, but f course we cannot lift weights or snatch kettlebells or practice pilates at work. What do you think?
