Safety harness not in place, they should use proper scaffolding instead of using these drum. What happen if the drum roll and fall down? I think the root cause always goes to the management - this way of work might save some money, but what will happen if there is an accident happen? - You can lose life, lose money, lose company image, lose contract, and lose job. We know that if we install proper scaffolding also there is possibilities accident will happen, but safe work procedures always control the damages to the company image.
