Question has been asked. Are companies required to tell employees the results of the annual screening audiograms? My gut says yes but I can't find anything in the regs.
Thanks,
John

You are required to give them the results of the audio test.

My understanding is that any Industrial Hygiene testing shall be made availible within a "resonable" amount of time upon the request of an employee.
In gerneral a posting that a test was performed and how an employee can obtain a copy is required.
I had an OSHA inspector suggest that the request be put in writing and then to have the employee sign when they receive it, so that you will have evidence that the report was supplied.
Unfortunately I am not completly sure if audiograms are the same. We provide the individual employee with a copy of their results and have never been asked to provide site wide results. That is crossing into medical records I would think.

Employees are to be given access to any medical and exposure records the company has on them. Audiograms are an exposure record.

red exit lights vs green exit lights

I am wanting to know  if I should I buy red exit signs or green exit signs? Does OSHA care? Is there one that is more accepted in the mechanic industry? Thanks Mary
