Some times Education and Control is no further away than e learninng
Well on top of the training best practice book on driving safer in alberta---who know with a little PR and email info this could prove to assist in reducing traffic accidents in both rural and urban areas, plus with elearning feature they can do it on there own time

We now have a elearning program that teaches people the hazards and interaction for operations, plus the new distracted driver laws it came out at the same time

or for any other elearning items I think the note to truck drivers and regular size wheels was a plus
