I have a plant just outside of Rome, Italy and I need to get a couple of the people over there to a good "Incident Command" training program. Does anyone have a lead on a program I can send them to to bring them up to speeed? I would prefere to send them to a program in Europe.

Recordability is dependant on the level of treatment provided, not the qualifications or title of the person who administers it.
