Hello everyone. I just want to thank you all for having such a wonderful site. I have so much I wanna learn, I never realized how much there was to learn until I got on this construction project I am currently on. I had always done safety for small mom and pop companies (which I loved) then I get an offer for a multi million dollar (HUGE) project. I have never seen so much going on, on one job site. It is facinating yet heart dropping somedays. I know Its a little late to answer the comment from Bill H. I have access to all kinds of forms, JHAs AHAs. Most any form you may be looking for I can help. Again thanks for being here

Dear Colleagues,

 

Nationally we are looking for qualified, independent instructors who would be willing to work part time teaching safety courses that are specifically tailored to meet the identified needs of one of our clients.  While these instructors would have little autonomy with course content, they will have the flexibility to meet state and local regulations as needed.  The courses our client is currently interested in are:

 

• Aerial Lift (Bucket Truck)
• Ladder Use and Safety
• Confined Space and Gas Detection
• Excavation and Trenching
• Forklift Safety-Powered Industrial Truck

Most times when I do a safety inspection I take many photos and add them to the report. I have found this takes away the "mystery" of what I mean in the report. You can use electronic checklists for safety inspections and audits but I am not yet convinced that they are the most effective way.

Ok, I found a library of JHA's if anyone is interested.  Go to tokayelectric.com. On their safety page there is a link for their JHA's.  They are an electrical contractor firm.

I don't fully understand your question when you say "how". Do you mean using paper and clipboard or using a notebook computer or tablet computer?
