"Ladder Accidents & Violations…an Unnecessary Expense"

Please do the best you can with this. Ladder safety is very important. It is just over a year ago that a neighbor of mine fell from a ladder while washing windows at his home. I was the first person there and called 911. He survived about 1 week. The swellinig in his brain was too great. It was a 6 foot ladder typical of a homeowner. It was leaning against the wall. It was not opened properly. It shifted, he fell, I heard the fall from approximately 150' away.
Please stress that ladder safety is often overlooked with deadly consequneces.
