It applies for sure. Good one.

If you think OSHA is a small town in Wisconsin, you are in serious trouble!

Having the right safety resources at the field level is the unbreakable link between the plan and the result

Know safety, no accident.. No safety, know accident

SAFETY ALWAYS MATTERS...........STAY ALERT DON'T DAY DREAM (i am still learning dont know much)

I am finding out that there is always something to learn I learn on a daily basis sometimes. Ive been in the field almost 10 years and I found out that I learn more by talking WITH (not to them) the guys on the field, once you get them talking about there job and safety you learn alot about ALOT! They really do wanna know and comply but they won't if they feel like they are being told what, and how it should be done. Ask them questions instead you'll be suprised how much they know and how much they will use it when they know they are a part of making the right choices without being told to do the right thing.

My personal statement that I use all the time in leadership workshops is as follows:

"Good leaders are those who know how to motivate and challenge people at all levels of an organization to achieve their best performance. In addition they support and provide the resources necessary to ensure it is possible to meet the goals that have been set”.

Wayne

Safety By Choice......Not By Chance

I like your idea.  I am revamping several of my PPT to include some of these sayings.  Thanks
