Is anyone familiar with the safety "game" where there is a bag of marbles with
different colors? Each color represents an injury or near miss or death. There is a co-relation to the number of marbles to accident> IE:one death marble , numerous accident marbles and majority "safe" marbles. The bag is passed around and you pull a marble... you get the drift.
How do you determine the ratio of marbles ? Does everyone pull or do you randomly pass certain number of employees? I have some ideas but want to get it right.
Other ideas for demonstrative games that get message across and make meeting informative but interesting would be great.
Thanks to all members for the good info , I really enjoy the posts and help from this site. One of my favorites!
