Dust Explosion Characterization and Hazard Assessment (Part 1)
Summary:
The above test methods are some of the tools used by chemical
process safety specialists to characterize the risk of a dust explosion.
The second part of this article will review the hazards analysis
method / approach that may be used in conjunction with the test data
to develop a dust explosion mitigation strategy.
