In most cases with conveyors "nip points" will be your biggest foe. This means Machine Guarding is the most effective control when managing these types of risk. The Government including OSHA and even more notably the Washington State Department of Labor offer free machine guarding training programs you can use to craft your training program. Search their websites for their content. If you can't find it I have all of their training programs I can email to you.

If you need any additional content I may be able to offer you some slides or other pertinent information, just shoot me an email. Good luck.
