This OSHA injury and illness recordkeeping webinar will explain how to determine work relatedness and determine which cases are recordable on the OSHA form 300. It will also explain key and recent OSHA recordkeeping interpretations.

This easy to follow presentation explains how to determine work relatedness and decide which cases should be recorded on the OSHA form 300. It also explains difficult to understand concepts of recordkeeping such as distinguishing new from previous cases, “significant aggravation”, “and geographic presumption” and other commonly misunderstood recordkeeping concepts.
